Claire Vine

Claire Vine’s songs sound like they’ve always existed. She has a knack for condensing urgent political and social commentary into concise, uncompromising moments of raw beauty.

Her debut EP Tunnel was released in December 2020, comprising six original songs with rich layers of harmonium and strings alongside complex a capella vocal arrangements, and between them all a thread of honest observations about the state of the world. She also sings and writes with dreamfolk trio Hands of the Heron, clarinet and harmonium to their arrangements, and contributing songs such as ‘Take Me Outside’ and ‘Pieces of Me’.
